As soon as the batch reaches us, we dispatch your order the next working day and keep you updated along the way.

How to choose your seat height
Step 1: Measure your surface
Measure the height of your counter or bar from the floor to the underside of the surface.
Step 2: Subtract 25–30cm
Your ideal seat height is roughly 25–30cm below the surface. This gives comfortable legroom.
65cm seat
Best for surfaces 90–95cm high, standard kitchen counters
75cm seat
Best for surfaces 100–110cm high, island bars and breakfast bars
65cm seat with arms
Same counter height as the standard 65cm, with armrests for extra support
30-Day Home Trial
Furniture should be judged in the room it was made for, not on a screen. Live with your piece for 30 days. If it isn't right for your home, we'll arrange for it to come back to us.
How it works
We collect from your door
We partner with FedEx to collect returns directly from your home. No repacking at a depot, no trip to a drop off point. We book the collection and FedEx comes to you.
A small, honest fee
There is a small charge for returns, which covers the FedEx collection and return shipping. We'd rather tell you that now than surprise you later. Get in touch before you order and we'll tell you exactly what it would be for your piece and postcode, so you can decide with the full picture.

If you're unsure about size, finish or fit, get in touch before you buy. Most questions are easier answered before an order than after one.
Order One to Test
Buying a full set of furniture is a big decision to make from photographs. So start with one. Live with it, check the size and scale in your space, and see the finish in your own light. Then order the rest with confidence.

Delayed Delivery
Found the right piece, but your home isn't quite ready for it? Whether you're mid renovation, waiting on a new kitchen or moving house, order now to secure yours and we'll keep it safe until you're ready.

We have just purchased 3 Zara bar stools for our daughter’s new home. Having looked at a good number of styles and designs on the internet, this bar stool looked to be the best and like some other reviewers we were initially a little nervous to commit to an item we had not been able to see in person.
All our concerns were allayed. These stools are not only unique but also stylish, comfortable and finished to an exceptionally high standard. A simple design but so effective combining the comfort and style mentioned above. Here are three stand out features:
1. So easy to deal with Nick and obtain more information about the stools and arrange a delivery that best suited us
2. So well packaged. They took a while to unpack but it was evident that great care had been taken to ensure they could not be damaged
3. We received three identical, comfortable and evidently hand crafted items that would look stylish in any setting as they are manufactured from natural materials.
