That’s why every bar stool and chair comes with a 2-year warranty that specifically covers the rattan seat and backrest against sagging, snapping, or structural faults. If anything should happen within 2 years of your purchase, simply get in touch with us and we will make it right, whether that means repair, replacement, or another suitable solution. You can feel confident knowing your piece is designed to last and supported by our promise.

We offer a 30-day return policy for peace of mind. If it’s not quite right, no problem. As long as it’s unused and in original condition, we’ll happily accept the return. Returns can be managed by logging into your account and selecting 'Start Return' under 'My orders'
