We collect from your door

We partner with FedEx to collect returns directly from your home. No repacking at a depot, no trip to a drop off point. We book the collection and FedEx comes to you.

A small, honest fee

There is a small charge for returns, which covers the FedEx collection and return shipping. We'd rather tell you that now than surprise you later. Get in touch before you order and we'll tell you exactly what it would be for your piece and postcode, so you can decide with the full picture.

Ask us anything first

If you're unsure about size, finish or fit, get in touch before you buy. Most questions are easier answered before an order than after one.

Tell us how many you'll need

When you check out, add a note on the basket page saying how many you're planning to order in total. For example: "Testing one, will need four."

We'll put the rest aside

Each piece is made in small batches, so stock is genuinely limited. Where we can, we'll set the rest of your set aside from the same batch, so they match and don't sell out while you decide.

Arriving

As soon as the batch reaches us, we dispatch your order the next working day and keep you updated along the way.

Reserve yours before it sells out

Each batch is made in small numbers, and most of it sells out before it even reaches us. Pre-ordering secures yours, so you're not left waiting for the next one.

Cancel for a full refund

If your plans change before your order is dispatched, you can cancel and we'll refund you in full.
