Refund policy

At The Bali Concept, we take great care in handling every order and we aim to make our refund process just as clear and considered.
This policy outlines when refunds are approved, how they are processed, and what happens in different return scenarios.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued once:
- A return has been properly initiated within the stated timeframe
- The item has been received back by us
- The item has passed inspection
To qualify for a refund, returned items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Be returned in their original packaging with all protective materials
- Show no signs of installation, wear, handling damage, or use beyond simple inspection
Items that arrive back used, damaged, incomplete, or without original packaging may be refused a refund or subject to a partial deduction.
Change of Mind Refunds
If you return an item because you have changed your mind:
- You will receive a refund for the product value only
- Any original outbound delivery charge, where a separate delivery fee was applied, is not refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Refunds are issued only after the item has been received and inspected
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged in transit:
- You will receive a full refund for the item
- Any original delivery charges will also be refunded
- Return shipping will be arranged and covered by us
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with clear supporting photos.
Made-to-Order & Custom Items
All made-to-order and custom items are non-refundable, as they are produced specifically for you.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
Refund Method & Timing
All approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Once a refund is approved:
- Please allow 5 to 10 working days for the funds to appear in your account
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
We are unable to issue refunds to alternative payment methods.
Refused & Failed Deliveries
If a delivery is refused, missed, or returned due to incorrect delivery information, inaccessibility, or unavailable access at the agreed time:
- Any redelivery, return, or storage charges incurred will be deducted from your refund
- Refunds will only be issued once the item has safely returned and passed inspection
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued where:
- Items are returned without original packaging
- Items show signs of use, handling damage, or missing components
- Protective materials have been discarded resulting in transit damage
The deduction applied will reflect the reduced resale value of the returned item.
Discretion & Abuse Protection
We reserve the right to refuse or restrict refunds where we identify repeated misuse of our returns and refund policies.
