We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can
return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

What Can Be Returned?

Items in original packaging (don't worry, you can unpackage the items to try them out. They just need to
be shipped back in their original box)
- Items that have been broken or damaged in transit
How to Return
Step 1: Log into your account and click the account button in the top right
Step 2: Select the items you want to return
Step 3: Click 'Start a Return' and submit details
Step 4: Package your items and attach the label
Step 5: Drop off at any authorised shipping location
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your
original payment method.
