We take quality seriously — it’s at the heart of everything we do. Every piece is made in small batches by skilled artisans using natural materials. No veneers, no MDF, no factory shortcuts. Each item is checked and finished by hand to ensure it’s built to last and looks even better in real life.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for peace of mind. If it’s not quite right, no problem — as long as it’s unused and in original condition, we’ll happily accept the return. Just get in touch and we’ll sort it with you.

Do you offer financing?

Yes — we’ve partnered with Klarna to make things easier. You can split your payment into monthly instalments, or choose our try-before-you-buy option. That means you can order a piece, make sure it’s the right fit for your space, and only pay once you’re happy. If not, return it within 30 days and you won’t pay a penny.

We’re based in North Yorkshire, with a small showroom in Harrogate and a warehouse nearby. Everything ships from the UK, and we’re always here if you need help — online or in person.
