Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident ordering from us. If your piece isn’t right for your home, you can return it
within 30 days of delivery.
Easy returns, home collection arranged: We’ll arrange a FedEx collection directly from your home,
so there’s no need to organise shipping yourself.
Return fee
A standard return fee of £5 per item (for larger items such as chairs / furniture costs vary. Please get in contact if you'd like a return cost) applies, which covers collection and handling.
Packaging
Items should be returned in their original packaging. You’re welcome to unbox and try them in
your space, just ensure they are repacked securely.
Damaged in transit
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll resolve it promptly.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original
payment method.
