The Zara Rattan Bar Stool is crafted by hand in small batches of just 20, with each one taking over two weeks to complete. Made using traditional techniques, every cord of the durable rattan blend is tightly wrapped around a solid teak frame by skilled artisans, creating a supportive seat with lasting comfort. Once complete, the stool is lightly varnished to seal and protect the surface. Unlike natural fibres, this blend won’t sag or discolour over time, is resistant to mould, easy to wipe clean, and long-lasting in busy homes.

Crafted over 2 weeks, each teak frame is hand-sawn, sanded, and assembled. The base and backrest are hand-woven with rattan, and the legs are sanded to ensure the chair is perfectly level. Finally, it’s finished with a light hand-applied varnish.
