If your purchase isn't right, you can return it for a full refund within 30-days.
To request a refund, you can login to your account or contact us directly with your order number.
We will then organise a complimentary home collection with our partner, FedEx on a date/time of your choosing.
Once we receive the item(s), we will issue a refund within 2 working days.

Every piece in our range is available to view at our Harrogate showroom. Come and sit on the stools, feel the materials, and see the quality in person.
We are open Monday - Saturday, 10am - 5pm. To arrange a viewing, please contact us.
If you cannot make it to Harrogate, we are happy to arrange a short virtual tour over video call. We will show you the piece up close, answer any questions, and give you a feel for the materials and finish.
